Commitment to Coaching & Participation
By purchasing a coaching package, training, or session, you agree to fully participate in the process, show up for scheduled sessions, and engage in good faith. Our programs are designed to help you grow and transform, and your commitment is essential to achieving results.
Payment Terms
All payments must be made in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Prices are subject to change, but any changes will not affect purchases already made.
Refund Policy
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. Refunds will be handled as follows:
- 24-Hour Refund Window: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase and request a full refund.
- No Refund After 3 Days: If more than 3 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund.
- Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
Refunds are granted at the sole discretion of Zina Geoffrey Consultant Office and may require supporting documentation for review.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, please follow our session management guidelines:
- Session Scheduling: Once a session is scheduled, it is considered a confirmed appointment.
- Rescheduling Notice: Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule a session.
- Missed or Late Cancellations: Missed sessions or cancellations without proper notice will be forfeited and are non-refundable.
- Emergencies: Exceptions will be made for emergencies or critical situations, provided supporting evidence is submitted.
- Availability: Rescheduled sessions will be arranged according to the availability of Zina Geoffrey Consultant Office.
