Booking & Payment
- All coaching sessions, programs, and courses must be booked in advance through our online booking system.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session.
- Accepted payment methods: Apple Pay, PayTab, and major credit cards.
- After completing your booking, you will receive an email confirmation and, where applicable, your Zoom session link.
Session Timing & Attendance
- Please arrive (or log in) on time for your scheduled session. Sessions cannot be extended for late arrivals.
- For online sessions, ensure a stable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free environment.
- Available booking slots:
- Sunday & Wednesday: 6:00 – 7:00 PM (KSA Time)
- Monday & Tuesday: 6:00 – 8:00 PM (KSA Time)
- For your convenience, a time zone conversion link is available during booking.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. To be fair to all clients and respect the consultant’s schedule, please follow these guidelines:
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session by providing at least 48 hours’ notice via email, phone, or WhatsApp. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
- Cancellations:
- You may cancel within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- If more than 3 days have passed since your booking, refunds cannot be issued.
- Missed Appointments: If you miss your appointment or cancel without sufficient notice, the session will be forfeited and is non-refundable.
Refund Policy
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
- Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis for emergencies or exceptional situations, with appropriate documentation required.
Program & Course Bookings
For multi-session packages or courses, the first session must be booked online. The remaining sessions will be scheduled in coordination with Zina Geoffrey Consultant Office.
Requests to reschedule package sessions must follow the same 48-hour notice policy.
Wellness Retreats & Events
- Retreat and event bookings are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your booking to another person by notifying us at least 72 hours before the event.
