Refund and Cancellation Policy

Your purchase of coaching packages or sessions indicates your commitment to participate in the process and follow through to its conclusion. However, we also understand that unexpected events can happen. In addition to the general guidelines outlined below, refunds and cancellations will be considered on an individual basis, at the discretion of Zina Geoffrey Consultant Office. We ask the Client to be committed and faithful, and we commit to offering grace when needed.

Therefore, please follow the cancellation and refund instructions as per the terms of our policy:

  • The Client may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchasing and request a refund.
  • If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
  • Note that the refund amount will take 14 days.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • The customer must contact us via email or Phone call & WhatsApp to submit a refund request after purchase during 72 hours.

  • Zina Geoffrey Consultant Office has scheduled sessions with the Client, they are considered set appointments. However, if necessary, the Client may request to reschedule a session, if they give at least 48 hours advance notice.
  • Any missed or cancelled sessions will be forfeited in case of non-compliance with the stated conditions.
  • Except for emergencies or critical situations, with evidence as a prerequisite.
  • In case the customer requests to reschedule the sessions or course training, they will be arranged according to the availabilities schedule of zina Geoffrey consultant office.
